Thyroid Lab MOT is my 4-week blood test interpretation and action plan program. It firstly reviews either your recent thyroid lab results or comprehensive blood test results, so you’ll understand exactly what is going on in your body and what’s keeping you from feeling better. 

And then in our 1-2-1 session, we'll create a practical 4-week action plan so you can start addressing the findings and improving your thyroid health straight away.

• Recorded video walkthrough of your results. Yours to keep via a download

• Personalised 4-Week Action Plan with easy to implement nutrition and lifestyle recommendations

• 3 days of Chat Support to answer any questions via a dedicated app (from action plan delivery)
• 1-2-1 Review Session after 4-weeks to check progress (15 minutes)

Own Test Results Are Required
A copy of your own full thyroid panel results, or comprehensive bloods results that also includes a full thyroid panel, run within 3 months prior to booking, is required for this program. A full thyroid panel test includes the markers: TSH, FT4, FT3, both thyroid antibodies (TPO and TG) as a minimum.
